g499 may request completion of an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. Failure to cooperate may result in the account being restricted or suspended.

Payment Rules

The following approved methods must be used for depositing and withdrawing funds at g499: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 1 hour of the request.
• It is recommended that the same method be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Transactions using third-party accounts are prohibited.

Welcome Bonus Terms

New members at g499 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

• Wagering requirement: You must wager 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳40,000 in bets.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
• Each member may receive the bonus only once; attempting to claim the bonus from multiple accounts may result in both accounts being cancelled.
• g499 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• The bonus may not apply to certain games or bet types.

The terms of other ongoing promotions or cashback offers are published separately and remain in effect as a supplement to this document.

What Is Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g499 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or damage the platform's systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity, forged documents, or fake information.
• Using the platform to harass or harm any other member.

If any of the above activities are detected, g499 reserves the right to immediately close the account and withhold any deposited funds.

VIP Tiers & Benefits

g499's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is shown below:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation on the platform. Detailed cashback terms are published separately.

Our Commitment
